1WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR MY MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD IN WASHINGTON DC?
To qualify for a DC Medical Card you must have: • Government Issued ID • Two Proofs of Residency • Doctor's Recommendation from a DC Physician
2WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR MY MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD IN MARYLAND?
To qualify for a medical card in Maryland it's very simple! (1) All you need is any government issued ID, and (2) A Recommendation from a Maryland Physician. You do NOT have to actually be a resident of the state, so if you are from bordering states(Virginia, Pennsylvania, etc.) you can get your card as well.
3HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE IN DC?
Once you have your consultation with the doctor, we register you with DC and they will mail your Cannabis Card to you in 3 weeks.
4HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FOR MARYLAND?
Same day! Once you book your appointment with one of our physicians, you can get your medical marijuana recommendation that same day in hand. The dispensaries in Maryland are not yet open and you can not purchase from them, but when they do open you will be able to go first in line!
5WHEN WILL MARYLAND DISPENSARIES OPEN?
We anticipate this fall licenses should be awarded in Maryland! DC is also working on a Reciprocity Law - that may pass soon - that will allow Out-Of-State patients to purchase medicine from DC Dispensaries! This will be bonus if it passes as we await for Maryland to get up and running. Currently only DC patients can purchase.
6WHAT TWO FORMS OF RESIDENCY WILL SUFFICE FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN DC?
Proof of DC Residency (must provide at least TWO of the following in the name of the applicant) • DC Driver's License • DC Motor Vehicle Registration • DC Voter Registration • Utility Bill(not phone) • Paystub that shows your address and DC witholdings • Mail from DC Government with contributions on it • Lease or Deed with your name and address on it • Tax documents with DC Income shown • For students: A signed letter from your dormitory stating that you live there for the current semester
7WHAT ARE THE QUALIFYING CONDITIONS FOR BOTH STATES?
There are a broad range of symptoms which qualify, most generally falling under the following categories:  Chronic Pain  Anxiety  Depression  Insomnia  Migraine  Allergies  Issues Sleeping
8HOW MUCH CANNABIS CAN I BUY?
Residents that currently obtain a medical card are legally permitted to purchase and consume the plant in the District of Columbia. Cardholders are now allowed to purchase up to 2 ounces per month direct from the dispensary!
9WHERE CAN I CONSUME THE CANNABIS?
The plant may only be consumed in the home of eligible patient or a medical facility while receiving treatment for condition if permitted. It may not be consumed on the dispensary grounds unless it is a licensed medical treatment facility.
10HOW DO I GET THE CANNABIS TO MY HOME?
Clients and caregivers must transport the plant in sealed containers which are issued by the dispensary.
11WHAT WAYS CAN I CONSUME THE CANNABIS?
There are numerous ways to consume the plant. Most consumption typically includes: Smoking(inhalation), Vaporizing, and Digestion(edibles and beverages).
12HOW MUCH DOES EVERYTHING COST? ARE THERE HIDDEN FEES?
There are NO hidden costs or additional fees. The total Out-of-Pocket cost is $200 for Maryland. For Washington D.C. it is $275. This covers your initial enrollment, doctor's consultation, and registration fees for your Medical Cannabis Card. Nothing more, nothing less, very simple.
13HOW HIGH ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING APPROVED?
We will give the best advice to making your possibilities as high as possible during and after the consultation. Our approval rates are pretty high. We usually like to tell our clients they have a 99% chance of approval through our network.

Yes! All you need to do is use our program to meet with a MARYLAND Physician, and once approves you will have your medical marijuana card. You can also use it in other states that honor out-of-state cards!
